Dr. Semerdzhiev and his team have managed my medicolegal consulting practice for over 10 years. During that time, it has grown from a fledgling operation into one that receives over 300 referrals a year and, as best I can tell, is one of the busiest neurosurgical practices on the East Coast. Needless to say, the technology has changed and Dr. Semerdzhiev has seamlessly adapted to it. Medical records with embedded imaging arrive, are reviewed within a few day on a digital recorder, and uploaded to our transcription service. Initial reports are returned in Word document format within a day, and then further formatted into a professional legal format within another day. The referrals and state of readiness are kept in a Google sheet document, and the medical records themselves in our Dropbox account. It is an efficient, fluid, entirely virtual system.
