Dropbox – only Business and Business Plus have HITECH and HIPPA compliant.

Business: $12/month with 3 users minimum; 9 TB shared by the team

Business Plus: $26/month with 3 users minimum; 15 TB shared by the team

Box, inc. – Enterprise and Enterprise plus are the only two plan levels that are HIPPA compliant.

Enterprise - $35/month with 3 users minimum; unlimited storage

Enterprise plus – custom pricing and is more expensive than Enterprise; unlimited storage

Sync – lower subscription levels are HIPPA compliant

Solo professional - $20/month with 1 user option; 6 TB

Team standard - $6/month with 3 users minimum; 1 TB
